HHCMC has gone through a lot of hardships to become what it is today, especially for Can Gio – a war zone that was bombed and devastated by the American invaders. With the hope that good knowledge and meaningful lessons about Can Gio Sac Forest are spread more widely and more intuitively to students, B-STEAM teachers recently organized a “fun quiz with prizes” activity through game TODAY vs. YESTERDAY.

Children will see pictures of famous places in the city. Ancient HCMC and guess the name of each place. After that, the teachers will reveal more interesting things about Can Gio, the only place in the city located next to the sea. Through this, children understand the difficult process of local people to replant forests that are today considered as one of the most important and outstandingly beautiful mangrove forests in Southeast Asia.
