STEMHOUSE “DREAMS COME TRUE 2024” – CONNECTING GENERATIONS & IGNITING PASSIONS

Everyone has a dream. Dreams are what help us shape our path forward and the things we need to do. On the challenging learning journey, students also cherish these dreams and strive to work hard every day to achieve their goals. Let’s follow the inspiring stories of our students as they prepare for the entrance exam to grade 6 of Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted in our Dream Come True 2024 project.

“Dreams come true” event at Stemhouse

Dreams Come True is an annual Stemhouse tradition held before the grade 6 entrance exam, designed to inspire students, boost their confidence, and help them achieve their goals.

Beyond inspiring students to chase their dreams, Dreams Come True 2024 is a story of connecting generations, leaving a special mark on the growth journey of former Stemhouse students. From their early days at Stemhouse, they have now confidently reached out to the world with outstanding achievements. Today, our alumni are coming back to spread the spirit of “warrior stars”, inspiring the next generation as they prepare for the upcoming exam.

Secrets to conquering dreams from 12 Stemhouse “stars”

To achieve such outstanding results, our Stemhouse “stars” have gone through a journey of abundant efforts, facing countless challenges and working incredibly hard. In our special event, they shared valuable experiences in their learning journey, inspiring our current students to believe in themselves and reach for their goals.

Dreams come true 2024 – Beyond a sharing session

The students’ eyes lit up with excitement as soon as the alumni walked into the room in their Tran Dai Nghia school uniforms. For our young audiences, this was not a talk with speakers but more like a meeting with “idols”. After the event, one student from the Tan Phu campus wrote to their teachers, “If I get into Tran Dai Nghia, I want to come back and share my experiences just like the seniors did.”

For the 12 former students, this activity  has been a very meaningful milestone in their growth journey. After the sharing session, Gia Khang (a former Stemhouse student from District 2 Campus) turned to his teachers and asked, “Will Stemhouse continue to organize this activity next year? If so,  I’d love to come back!”

Despite being tired after the activity, Hoang Tung (a former Stemhouse student from District 10 Campus) still had a lot to say. “I think this activity not only inspires the students but also gives me a chance to build my confidence in public speaking”, he shared. Huy Bach (a former Stemhouse student from District 2 Campus) told the teachers: “I agreed to participate in this activity because I hope that when I take the 10th-grade entrance exam, there will be seniors who come to my school to share like this.”

Time to write down what you want to achieve!

At the end of Dreams Come True 2024, the students wrote their dreams on a small piece of paper. This is an opportunity for them to reflect on their goals for this year and get super motivated for their final stretch. The pieces of paper with dreams will be kept by the teachers, waiting for the day when they return successfully with good news.

Stemhouse – A realm where aspirations take flight

The Dreams Come True 2024 journey has come to a meaningful and joyful end. We are proud of our 12 “stars” who came back to share their stories and many other “stars” who are achieving success all over the world. Your achievements are the most obvious witness, showing how far we have come in 10 years. With these inspiring stories along with the support of teachers and friends, this year’s students will be even more confident in their studies, especially in their upcoming important exam.
